CAN I RETURN MY SUNGLASSES IF I'M NOT SATISFIED OR IF THEY DON'T FIT?

Absolutely. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you're not pleased with your purchase or if the sunglasses don't fit as expected, you can follow our return policy in the "Help" section for a full refund of your purchase price.

CAN I GET YOUR SUNGLASSES WITH MY PRESCRIPTION?

Absolutely! While we don't currently offer in-house prescriptions, all our models are RX ready. This means you can take our sunglasses to your local eye professional to have prescription lenses fitted into any of our frames. We anticipate having a prescription interface on our website by the end of 2024.

SHOULD I PURPOSELY BEND AND TWIST MY SUNGLASSES TO TEST THEIR TOUGHNESS?

No, we advise against it. While our videos and pictures showcase the durability of our sunglasses in accidental incidents, purposefully attempting to break them poses risks and will void our warranty. Our sunglasses are not advertised as "bulletproof," "indestructible," or "unbreakable." Please use them as intended to ensure longevity and performance.

ARE YOUR SUNGLASSES ANSI Z87.1+ CERTIFIED?

Yes, all our sunglasses have passed Z87.1+ tests for Impact Resistance. However, please be aware that currently, most of our frames are not marked with the "Z87+" designation. We are gradually incorporating this mark into our newest models throughout 2024 and 2025 while phasing out old frames without the Z87+ mark. If the Z87 mark is required for your eyewear, we recommend checking with your employer.
